Thank you for your House of S K Y E purchase, we hope you love your piece. If you are unhappy with your full priced items, we will happily accept your return or offer you an exchange for an alternative size on unworn items. Your return shall be processed within 10 business days (domestic returns) or 18 days (international returns) from the date of purchase. Items need to be in their original condition (including tags) to warrant a return. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item. If the return packaging does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, please aim to send as registered post if possible.
All SALE items are not eligible for refunds and can be exchanged only, or exchange only if the item you want to exchange for is on a special sale promotion.
Gift Vouchers - Gift Vouchers may not be returned and are valid for 1 year from the date of issue. All gift vouchers can only be used on our online store.
To return an item, we need to provide you with a return authorisation number. Please complete the return request form. Our customer service representative will get back to you within 48 hours with a RA Number. This number clearly needs to be marked on the outside of the parcel. If our warehouse cannot identify this number on the outside of your parcel it may be returned to you. Please print your return form. This must be included with your items.
Please note international returns cannot be over $1000, if so please ship these separately as House of S K Y E is not responsible to pay duties to receive the goods. If there is, a charge will be deducted from your final refund.
Upon the receipt of the items, they will go undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will receive a refund or credit note for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. We will insure that your refund will be processed as soon as it is received. Please allow 5 working days for your refund to be processed.
What if I receive a faulty item?
We apologise if an item you receive is not in perfect condition. Please follow the returns process and attach a photo of the fault to the returns form. We will meet our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation which may include replacing the item if the stock is available or issuing you a refund upon receiving your faulty item.
What if I receive an incorrect Item?
If you have received an item you did not order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can resolve this for you.
Do I have to pay for shipping my return?
Subject to our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation, for any return you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, we recommend sending via a traceable method for peace of mind and to retain proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed.
