We hope you love your piece. If you are unhappy with your full price item, we will happily accept your return/exchange for wrong size purchase of an unworn item within 10 business days (domestic returns) or 18 days (international returns) from purchase.
Items need to be in original condition, including tags, to warrant a return. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item If the return packaging does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, so please send registered post if possible.
All SALE items are not eligible for refunds and exchange only.
All Gift Vouchers can be only used on our Online store only.
How Do I Return an Item?
To return an Item we need to provide you with a return authorization number- Please download and complete the Return Request Form below.
Our customer service will get back to you within 24 hours with a RA Number, this clearly needs to be marked on the outside of the parcel. If our warehouse cannot identify this number on the outside of your parcel it may be returned to you. Please Print your Return form as this must be included with your return.
For any refund the item must be in its original condition with tag attached.
Please note International Returns cannot be over $1000, if so please ship these separately as House of S K Y E is not responsible to pay duties to receive the goods. If these is a charge it will be deducted from your final refund.
Upon the receipt of the items, they will go undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will receive a refund or credit note for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. We will insure that your refund process will be done as soon as they are received but please allow 5 working days to be processed.
What if I Receive an Incorrect Item?
If you have received an item you did not order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can resolve this for you.
Do I Have to Pay for Shipping My Return?
Subject to our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation, for any return you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, we recommend sending via a traceable method for peace of mind and to retain proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed.
