In Bloom ~ Perth's Wildflowers

In Bloom ~ Perth's Wildflowers

One of my priorities on my to do list this year was to go and visit our amazing country side and visit the Wildflowers. This weekend we took a drive to Toodyay which is about an hour and 20 minutes away from Perth City. I did the trip with my husband Adam on Sunday which was an amazing Spring Day.  We stopped off in the town to have lunch and then visited the Toodyay visitors centre where the amazing ladies gave us a map and pointed us in the right direction.

Our first stop was the look out on top of a hill. You get the most spectacular view of the town and the amazing county side. A short 10 minute walk took us up to gaze over fields of Everlastings, I was so happy swirling amongst them, dancing for the camera! My other go to destination was the Canola Fields which we were lucky enough to be able stop at and take some amazing images of at the Mapleton Farm. The experience was one of the best days ever and if you ever get the chance to visit these amazing Wildflowers through September and October you must do.
